Orders ship from Montreal, Canada, with tracking details provided upon shipment.

Allow extra time for international or custom orders.

Returns accepted if items are unused, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.

Sale items cannot be returned.
